The Roldex CR-2 is a compact three-in-one (exposure - washout - dryer) tower unit for fast and easy production of Photo-polymer printing plate on steel or film backing. The exposure consists of 5 high output ultra violet lamps and a vacuum frame capable of exposing an area of 8 1/4" x 11 3/4".

The washout unit uses an adjustable flat brush system. The motor driven plate support provides a bi-directional automatic etching operation. The thermal control oven assures an even drying of the plate.

The CR-2 is a multi-functional unit not only capable of producing your printing plates for the dry offset imprinters, but it can also be used to manufacture rubber stamps, pad printing plates as well as flexo-graphic printing plates.
