The ability to accomplish accurate registration is through the use of Roldex Industries dry offset method. The aluminum printing cylinders, covered with special die cut rubber blanket, takes up the impression from standard printing plates. The printing plates positioned on the vacuum cylinders are linked by the vertically mounted associated form, oscillating and dancing rollers. This inking method accurately applies a mirror image impression on the blanket which assures a perfect cassette imprint on every pass.
